Candidates must submit five complete applications on the prescribed form for professorial / associate professorial positions, three sets for assistant professorial positions, and two sets for the remaining positions. For each set, there are certificates and one photograph.

In addition to the application for faculty positions, candidates should also submit a PDF file of their dossier on a CD.

The application fee can be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited after downloading the challan form from www.nsu.edu.pk, and a copy of the university diploma must be attached as follows:

Serial No. 1-2 & 5-6 – Rs. 5,000/-

Serial No. 3 & 7 – Rs. 3.000/-

Serial No. 04 – Rs. 1,000/-

Serial No. 08-09 – Rs. 250/-

It is highly recommended that in-service candidates from public sector organizations follow the proper application process and submit a letter of recommendation.

Applicants must attach their current and previous service certificates by the deadline: otherwise, they will not be considered. No consideration will be given to their applications.
